An Extended Look Into: This War of Mine

In This War of Mine, you don’t play as an Elite U.S Soldier fighting invaders, or a prestigious general commanding the use of nukes from the safety of his stone bunker. In This War of Mine, you play as a civilian, trying to survive in the besieged city with the lack of food, water and supplies. Scavenge for food in the malls infested with gang members, ready to slice you apart. This War of Mine (Developed and Published by 11 Bit Studio), is really a work of art.

As a civilian, your job is to survive as long as possible in the besieged city while scavenging for supplies in the ruins of what you once called, home. The pace of the war heightens day and night. Snipers prevent you from leaving the safety of your hideouts and soldiers traverse the streets of the dead-end night.

Craft furniture, medical items and weapons to survive as long as possible in This War of Mine. Make life-and-death decisions driven by your conscience. Try to protect everybody from your shelter or sacrifice some of them for longer-term survival. During war, there are no good or bad decisions; there is only survival. The sooner you realize that, the better.Image result for this war of mine
